The space
The house has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a hallway, and a service area. It also has a washing machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. We also have a television with Disney and Netflix. It's a simple house; the highlight is the location. The house is in a privileged location close to everything, including good tourist attractions such as the AQUÁRIO DE SÃO PAULO and MUSEU DO IPIRANGA, as described above. São Paulo Zoo: Most people come to work temporarily in São Paulo, shop in São Paulo, or for family reunions, as the house is spacious and accommodates 12 people. There is a subway and train station nearby. Guest Access: Guests can use the entire house that was advertised on the same property. There are two houses, but only one was advertised; one is empty. The host lives in the back house. The main gate and garage are shared with the host. Other Notes: We do not accept visitors. Check-in is from 4 PM onwards. We do not tolerate noise after 10 PM. Excessive noise or loud music is not allowed so as not to disturb the neighbors, and we also do not want arguments inside the house. At check-out, you do not need to clean the house; the host can do these things. I don't even need to prepare the house for other guests because I, the host, already do those things. The host also doesn't include cleaning in the review (FEEL FREE TO USE THE HOUSE).
