Welcome to this charming 25 m² apartment, nestled on rue Madame Molé in Vannes.

Located on the first floor of a small, quiet building, this apartment is the perfect place to put down your suitcases after a day of exploring. Away from the hustle and bustle but only a 10-minute walk from the downtown, you will have everything at your fingertips: shops, restaurants, and of course the nearby port of Vannes.

The apartment has been carefully renovated to combine comfort and functionality, while offering a warm atmosphere. If you are looking for a standard accommodation with ready-made furniture, this is not the case. The owners wanted to offer a unique place, with some furniture that they themselves painted and customised, giving a personal touch full of character.

The kitchen area is well equipped with a large fridge and freezer, you can cook like at home after a trip to the market. The cosy and practical lounge area with a TV and a large table to share your meals is perfect for relaxing after a great day of sightseeing.

The bedroom offers optimal comfort with its double bed (180x200).

The small bathroom is small and has been completely renovated and is perfectly functional.

The accommodation also has a great location. The street is very quiet, and you will find plenty of free parking in front of the entrance. At 100 m, you can walk along the rabine (port).

The location is also perfect for exploring Vannes: the downtown is a 10-minute walk away, and the pier for the islands is just a 3-minute drive away. For shopping, a mini market and a bakery-café are 100 m away, very convenient for shopping on foot.

Finally, linen (sheets and towels) is provided so that you can enjoy your stay hassle-free.

We would like to point out that the accommodations are non-smoking and that, although we love animals, we unfortunately cannot accept them.

In order to preserve the tranquility of the place, we also ask you to respect the calm between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
