Located on the third floor of a historic building (no elevator), my apartment welcomes you with a warm, modern, and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for stays with family, friends, or a romantic getaway. With space for up to 6 adults plus two small children, it’s the ideal choice for those seeking comfort, style, and a prime location.
THE SPACES
Sandy’s home consists of three double bedrooms: two on the main floor and one in the attic on the upper floor, which is intimate and charming. the spacious and bright living room is furnished in a minimalist style and equipped with a 55-inch TV for moments of relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine (with capsules provided by us), herbal teas, pots, dishes, and a table for sharing lunches or dinners with friends.
The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and all the essentials for your stay.
COMFORT AND AMENITIES
The apartment is very bright thanks to its numerous windows, which offer enchanting views of the village rooftops and the gardens of Villa Lante.
It features independent heating that can be controlled remotely during the winter, and fans for the summer. There is no air conditioning, but the building’s location and structure ensure a comfortable environment even on the hottest days.
