New house built in 2014, consisting of two apartments: a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor and a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor. Located in a site designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site, among the most beautiful villages in France, and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Corsica. The village overlooks the Gulf of Porto and faces the Scandola Nature Reserve. Arone Beach is about 10 minutes away, and Figajola Beach is about 8 minutes away.
Description of the 3-room apartment (Upper Floor): Max. 4 people.
1 bedroom: with a 160-cm bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a wall closet; two nightstands with lamps; flat-screen TV
1 bedroom: with a 140-cm bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a wall closet.
A fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, TV, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
A living room with 2 leather sofas, a coffee table, a cabinet with a flat-screen TV, a sideboard, a table, and chairs.
A large bathroom with two sinks and a mirror, a toilet, a large shower, and a wall-mounted cabinet.
A second separate restroom with a sink.

Great location - walking distance to food store and restaurants. Owner quick to answer and on site to welcome us. Apartment bigger than we thought, very comfortable, terrace with beautiful view. The area is magnificent.

A beautiful, spotlessly clean house fully equipped with literally everything one could ever need, with a gorgeous view, walking distance to an adorable village…what else? Oh, the most charming, funny, generous host imaginable, this is truly the rental from heaven!
