About this house rental
This 95 m2 house was completely renovated ecologically in 2020.
City center, edge of the Drôme....
It is composed as follows:
On the first floor: a living room of 45 m2 with an equipped kitchen area, a dining table for 6 people and a lounge area. The room opens directly onto the south-facing garden .
In front of the house an outdoor dining area, to the North West facing the Crest tower, for the hot summer days .
On the 1st floor:
- Three bedrooms with a view of the mountains and/or the Crest tower ( A bedroom with a 160cm bed and a library, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a desk, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and children's games/books)
- A shower room

My house is located 800 meters from the city center. It is a luxury because it is possible to do your shopping on foot (market on Tuesdays and Saturdays). The area is quiet.
The small garden is pleasant, shaded, and allows you to take advantage of the shade of the mulberry plane tree to rest or eat. A terrace of 37.m2 adjoins the living room .
It is also possible to quickly reach the Drôme, which is less than 750m away on foot.
