Beautiful, new 3.5-room duplex apartment in a central location. A 5-minute walk from the swimming lake. The apartment is very bright, flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows. It has a lovely balcony with a great view. The bathroom is bright and features two windows, a washer with dryer function, fresh bath and hand towels, a hair dryer, etc. To ensure privacy, the bedrooms are on two different floors. There is also a spacious sleeper sofa. A private garage (with a manual door opener), an additional parking space in front of the garage, and a large parking area behind the house for a travel trailer are included in the price. You can barbecue both on the balcony and in the beautiful garden. The apartment building consists of only two vacation apartments spread over two floors. This makes it possible to book the entire property for a larger family or group of friends. Free Wi-Fi, a TV, a coffee maker, and much more are available to you at no extra cost. The location is central to various swimming lakes, hiking trails, a high ropes course, and the town center. The nearest airport in Stuttgart is a 45-minute drive away.
