The “Oberaudorf Vacation Apartment Complex” is located on the outskirts of town in a very quiet setting.
Apartment C8 is located on the upper floor and is one of the very few apartments in the complex to offer a beautiful south-facing view of the local mountain and the Zahmer Kaiser.
The apartment is fully equipped, including a dishwasher in the kitchen and, soon, its own washing machine in the bathroom.
Enjoy the comfort of a well-equipped apartment in a quiet location with all the amenities a family could wish for on vacation: parking garage, game room with billiards, playground, hiking right from the house, skiing, cross-country skiing in winter, and much more.

The vacation apartment is located on the outskirts of town in a very quiet area with a beautiful south-facing view of the local mountain, the Hocheck, and its ski jump.
It is the only apartment in the Oberaudorf vacation apartment complex with a south-facing view and therefore enjoys sunshine during the day.
To the southeast, you’ll see the Zahmer Kaiser.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, offering an unobstructed view, and is quietly situated within the building.
It features a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher—a rarity in these apartments.
Starting in fall 2024, there will also be a washing machine in the apartment itself, not just in the building.
There are two separate bedrooms with 3 beds and sleeping space for 5, as well as a spacious living/dining room with a pull-out couch and a cozy corner bench for dining.
The building features common areas with table tennis, billiards, and a children’s playroom.

We strive to practice eco-friendly management: for example, we do almost 100% of our laundry using electricity generated by solar power. I NEVER use a clothes dryer.
The comforters and pillows are washed regularly—on average once a month—and, of course, exclusively with solar power that we generate ourselves -:))
