The comfortable and stylishly furnished vacation apartment is laid out as follows: a small entryway, a spacious living room with a generous dining area, a fully equipped large kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee makers (Senseo/filter), and all necessary kitchen utensils; a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a sleeper sofa (137x200), as well as a very large closet. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, though the signal may not be available in every part of the apartment. The LCD TV is 43 inches.
The covered balcony faces west. From here, you can enjoy summer evenings.
The underground garage, featuring a private parking space and a lockable ski and bike storage room, is located in the basement. Both are accessible through the basement.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited!
The house is located right next to the ski lift carousel (about a 5-minute walk or a ride on the free bus). Here you’ll find modern chairlifts for skiing and sledding. Cross-country skiing is possible on 165 km of groomed trails. The town center, with its numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, and bars, is also just a few minutes’ walk away. The Kappe Adventure Mountain—featuring the bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run, and climbing forest—is within walking distance or can be reached quickly via the Kappe-Express.
