About this apartment rental
Recently renovated chalet located on a large plot, not overlooked, very beautiful view of the Mercantour mountains. The rental includes the apartment (90m2) a south/west balcony, a large sunny west terrace (garden furniture, barbecue... etc.), the garage, access to the land surrounding the chalet.
The apartment consists of: 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds (possibility of having a BB bed or an extra mattress); 1 independent kitchen very well equipped for families, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, hob, dishwasher; 1 very large living/dining room with a TV corner, library, games, fireplace insert and a spacious and friendly dining area; 1 independent bathroom with possibility of shower or bath, washing machine and hairdryer; the toilets are also independent.
From the apartment there is direct access to the garage on the first floor in which are installed: 1 table tennis, and other outdoor games.
The Environment:
In winter the chalet is close to the ski resorts of Allos, Foux d'Allos with the possibility of making the link with the resort of Praloup: very important ski area.
In summer, it is possible to go hiking or walking directly from the chalet without taking the car. In addition, the whole region is renowned for its many hiking sites.
2kms away, the fortified and picturesque village of Colmars les Alpes offers many activities, events, shops, shows, local markets... etc.
About 8 kms from the village of Allos, a superb leisure centre organises a large number of water and other activities. It is also possible to go horseback riding along the Verdon.
Finally, in the village of Villars Colmars itself, a very well stocked supermarket, a tobacconist/press office and 2 restaurants are very appreciable.
On the first floor of the chalet on the East/South side, a 2-room apartment (sleeps 3/4) totally independent can also be offered for rent.
