About this apartment rental
Want to be in the front row? Want to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view across the lake all the way to the Alps? Then you’ve come to the right place!
Tastefully furnished, fully equipped vacation apartment with a bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom—accommodates 2 or more people.
Our Apartment 70 (with balcony) accommodates 4–5 people and features a second shower room in the twin or triple bedroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds, and some also have fly screens.
Since the vacation rental is located in the old town, we would like to point out that the building has a very narrow and, in places, steep staircase; therefore, it is not recommended for people with severe mobility impairments.
The house is located in the pedestrian zone in Meersburg’s lower town. Luggage can only be delivered to the house in the morning from 9 to 11 a.m.
We recommend using wheeled suitcases for the approximately 300-meter walk from the parking lot to the property.
The thermal baths, Meersburg Castle, the ferry, the public beach, and the boat dock are all just a few minutes away.

Well furnished apartment in a handy location. Great choice of restaurants nearby, a short stroll to the lido & swimming area. Car parking nearby. It was perfect for a week long family break for 2 parents and 2 older teenagers.

We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!

If, like us, you love to spent your holiday in a beautiful old German town a few meters from the vibrant life on the lake promenade and with a direct view of Lake Constance, then the holiday apartment in Meersburg is the perfect choice.
The apartment was beautiful decorated and everything from booking to handing over the keys was top notch, and we would love to come again.
