Located just 8 km from the Adriatic Sea (about a 15-minute drive) and in close proximity to Colonnella’s historic center, the apartment offers the ideal starting point for relaxing days at the beach, cultural excursions, and culinary discoveries.
The approximately 100 m² air-conditioned and heated apartment features two elegantly furnished bedrooms, a high-quality full bathroom, a light-filled living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A 55" flat-screen satellite TV provides top-notch entertainment.
Towels and bed linens are, of course, included.
The apartment accommodates 5 people plus a toddler; a crib is available upon request.
The balcony offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the majestic Gran Sasso, the highest mountain range in the Apennines. The heart of the mountain range is just 89 km away.
The region offers a wide variety of recreational activities:
– Rome is about 2 hours away
– a fishing spot is just 5 km away
– the nearest ski resort is approximately 30 km away
