Villa Neira is beautifully situated on the southern side of the island of Čiovo, just 6 km from the UNESCO city of Trogir, offering stunning ocean views and an excellent location.
Here you can enjoy a relaxing stay on the picturesque island of Čiovo and visit the historic UNESCO World Heritage sites of Trogir, Split, and Šibenik, as well as two national parks.
Apartment Neira II (first floor) has an area of 85 m²; 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds), a living room with sleeping accommodations for 2 people, a kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area, and a large bathroom; a 17 m² terrace with a sea view

This apartment is ideal for 4 + 2 people. It features a private terrace and a beautiful garden in front of the house with a grill, tables, and chairs.

Enchanting beaches with calm and clear waters are about a 5–10-minute walk away. The southern side of the island of Ciovo is very quiet. The villa offers a beautiful view of the many Dalmatian islands and islets.
The town center with shops is about 1 km away; a grocery store is 300 m from the apartment.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Neira. We enjoyed the view over the sea from the appartment and that everything you need can be reached within minutes by car.
Dianas recommondation for lunch / dinner were great and Anja is very helpful during our stay.

Lovely bright clean apartment. Ideal for a family week long visit to this beautiful part of Croatia. Quiet, relaxing with friendly neighbours. Would recommend a hire car. Loved the dogs!

We spent a week at Diana’s apartment on Ciovo. The apartment was great. . The pool and the lounging area is really lovely and we liked having our own dining terrace too. . Everyone was so friendly and helpful with check in and any questions. Ciovo is beautiful and there are lots of beaches to choose from. I’d definitely recommend a car - originally we had planned not to book one but changed our mind at the last minute and I’m very glad we did as it is quite a long walk to a shop. It also enabled us to explore the i island.

Perfect location away from the crowds. Apartment was spotless clean and acess direct to the pool was superb. Very very kind and good hearted host. Amazing views. Surely need a car to get around. Also thinking about coming back to Croatia soon. Adriatic sea is just wonderful.
