The property has recently undergone a complete renovation; construction was completed in June 2024.
The apartment is located in central Sorrento, on the first floor of a building (without an elevator) consisting of 4 apartments, all of which are vacation rentals. The train and bus stations are less than 200 meters away. The main square, Piazza Tasso, is within 500 meters. The port, located below Piazza Tasso, is slightly farther away.
The apartment measures 90 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 sleeping in beds; 1 sleeping on the sofa bed (French-size mattress—1.30 meters wide, 1.90 meters high); and 1 sleeping on the foldable single bed.
The air conditioning and heating systems are designed to serve an apartment twice as large.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room with a sitting/dining area, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can access the small balcony through the living room; the balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs.
The property offers paid on-site parking. The garage is located 20 meters from the building’s entrance. The cost of parking is not included in the rental price. The daily rate is 20.00 euros.

Bruno was amazing. The place was in a great location easy walking to all the nightlife. The pictures were exactly accurate. Beds are a little too hard. Extra blankets would also be nice. Written instructions for the safe and washer/dryer would be helpful. Only an observation not a negative. We would definitely rent this place again we really enjoyed our stay.

Mario and his team were very helpful and responsive. The flat is ideally situated with minutes walk to town, restaurants, shopping and excursion points. The flat was clean, modern, and comfortable. Great week and would return. Grazie!

This is a fantastic apartment! Everything is new, clean, and works well. The location is very convenient, especially if you are taking the train. It also is very easy to walk to the Corso Italia, restaurants, groceries, etc. Bruno is very thorough in explaining the apartment and giving recommendations and directions. We stayed here with just two people, but it would be very comfortable with a family or another couple!

Property was immaculate and Bruno, who met us was gracious and extremely polite and helpful. The accommodations were everything you would want. Clean, safe and very comfortable. Everything was brand new. Restaurants were within a 5-10 minutes walking distance and the train stop was also just down the street. Would definitely stay there again. We stayed there for 4 nights. 4 sisters, 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms. Quiet area.
