Our lovingly furnished and newly renovated apartment is located right on the Rhine, offering a stunning panoramic view of Sterrenberg and Liebenstein Castles. The “Luca” apartment is approximately 35 square meters in size and has a separate entrance. On the covered terrace, you can start your day in comfort and wind down in the evening. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the garage. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The kitchen includes a kitchenette with a two-burner stove and a microwave. The sleeping area features a double bed and a cozy sitting area. The train station is just a few minutes away. Across the street, you’ll find a boat dock and the bike path.

The place was clean, accommodating, and relaxing. We enjoyed the patio watching the various ships pass by. Bad Salzig is a couple miles away from the center of Balzig. An easy free train ride, or lovely walk along the river, but heads up. Bad Salzig itself is sleepy and closed. We had a beautiful unexpected hike to the nearest Aldi. (We were beholden to public transportation on our trip). The owner was lovely and tolerated our lack of German.

Everything was ok.
Idea: give some instructions on how to seperate and dispose of garbage.
And add a light on the terrace to enjoy evenings outside.
