Cozy, newly furnished apartment in one of the most idyllic Black Forest villages at the foot of the Feldberg. -An additional double room (shower/toilet) can be booked for €30.00 per night upon request. The ski lift and cross-country ski trail are a 5-minute walk away. Ski school and ski rental are available on-site. An ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. We’re happy to provide tips and suggestions for tours. The “Am Köpfle” vacation apartments are located in the tranquil village of Menzenschwand, with a population of 700, in a side valley of the popular Feldberg. Depending on their preferences and the type of vacation they’re seeking, guests can start their hikes or walks right from the front door. For relaxation, there’s the newly built Revitalbad spa in Menzenschwand, and in the summer, visitors can cool off at nearby Schluchsee. Active travelers will find plenty to enjoy with mountain biking and numerous water sports. Those looking for day trip options in the immediate vicinity can reach St. Blasien in about 15 minutes, where a wide variety of shopping options await. In addition, the town is home to the famous cathedral, one of the Black Forest’s most important landmarks. Culinary delights are also well taken care of in Menzenschwand.

Great contact with the host, who lives in the building and was very accomodating. The appartment is perfectly located at the end of the village with easy access to all the trails around.
