The first floor is composed of a living room dining room without furniture (this room of 45 M2 is dedicated to partying (dance, buffet...), an equipped and open kitchen, a corridor leading to 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 5 independent bedrooms.

The first floor is independent, access is from the outside via a staircase, it is composed of a fully fitted kitchen opening onto a living room dining room furnished with TV. A corridor leads to 4 independent bedrooms, two of which have bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

The house is connected to the internet via Orange ADSL, Netflix access possible with your account.

. The 300 m2 terrace will delight you with its view of the forest and overlooks the swimming pool.

Access to the property is through a gate and gives you access to a large hard parking area that can accommodate more than 30 cars in front of the house.

An inventory of fixtures will be made at the beginning of your stay and a deposit of 1500 Euros will be requested on your arrival (half in cash and half in check in your name) and will be returned to you after the cleaning has passed.
The cleaning will be done by us including the washing of the sheets available on your arrival (250€).
We do not accept private paid parties or any other ticketed or alcoholic events.
