Upon arrival at the accommodation, you will enter a hallway that leads to the bedroom area 🌛, which for your comfort in summer is air-conditioned ❄️, and consists of:

🛏️ A second bedroom with a double bed and a desk area 💻,

🛏️ A third bedroom with two single beds,

🛏️ A fourth bedroom with a Queen size bed featuring a bathtub 🛁 and a sink with mirror.

Furthermore, a living space with a 🛋️ lounge / 🍽️ dining room with Alsatian and warm décor, opening onto a terrace ⛱️ with one of the most beautiful views of Strasbourg Cathedral ⛪. A fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ (cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and classic Nespresso coffee maker) completes this part of the apartment.

Between these two areas, a bathroom with a shower 🚿, a toilet 🚽, a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a separate toilet 🚽, complete the apartment.

🚗 One underground parking space for one vehicle is included with the accommodation reservation. This space is located under the neighboring building, with height limited to vehicles under 1.90m and 2.2m in width.

🚗 If you come with other vehicles, paid parking spaces with parking meters are available on the street and nearby streets, as well as the public Parcus Bateliers parking lot.

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🚭 An exception is made for the terrace. We ask you not to leave cigarette butts on the ground or in flower pots.



⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.



🧹 Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 120€ will be charged to you.



📝 A digital contract signature as well as your identification document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after your reservation, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
