About this apartment rental
A bright, quiet, and elegant building located in the Cannaregio district, just a short walk from Campo Santi Apostoli. The building has only a few units, including two apartments:
A 90 m² first-floor apartment featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, three terraces, and a magnificent view of the canal where gondolas pass by every day.
Completely renovated and stylishly furnished, it has the advantage of being located in the heart of the most picturesque part of Venice. Please note that the tourist tax of €4 per person per night and the cleaning fee of €60 are not includedand must be paid in cash upon arrival. In case of arrival after midnight, a surcharge of 50€ will be charged.

Amazing! We truly loved our stay. It was in a perfect location. The balcony was great. We sat outside at night for our evening night cap. We also had breakfast there. The air conditioning was incredible! The host was beyond kind. He checked on us, since so much of Venice is a series of what seems like mazes when you first arrive. He then sought us out and guided us to our place. There are pickpockets in Italy and he was quick to warn us about them. But it was too late, someone had already taken my wife’s passport and some money. The host was so comforting, calmly explaining what we needed to do and settling our nerves. He was just a great host and even called the consulate for us. He also provided other really helpful tips and information. At any rate if I could give him and this place a 15 star rating I would. We would definitely stay here again. I highly, highly recommend this place. Oh and I forgot to say that the master bed has a nice firm mattress.

Great apartment on a busy side canal. We enjoyed seeing all the deliveries. Apartment was clean and as represented in the pictures. Host was attentive. Great location in Venice.

Such a disappointment. We chose this apt for its charming balconies and quiet area. It should be noted that at 6:30 every morning the “quiet” canal becomes a delivery and garbage pickup dock for the neighborhood. The noise from this continues until 8am . The house host Attila that I contacted before arrival was not there. We were met by Orial. When we contacted him for departure problems with the boats blocking our water taxi he texted me I’it was a working canal’ Thank goodness a neighbor came out and explained to the workers the arrival of our transportation. If you are an early riser this is a great place unfortunately 6:30 am is a little early for us.
