Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.
Current Notice (as of 31.08.2026): Due to road resurfacing work, the B76 between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand will be completely closed in certain sections from September 6 to 13.09.2026. Please follow the posted detours. Unfortunately, the parking space cannot be used during this period. You can obtain a free special parking permit for public parking lots at the service office upon arrival.
This cozy 3-roomvacation apartment on the 1st floor of the well-maintained Haus Baltic residential complex in Scharbeutz has a living area of approx. 63 m² and offers ample space and comfort for up to 5 people.

Enjoy your first cup of coffee at the modern dining table. An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. You can park your bicycles safely in the bike shed behind the house. Guests can also use the ping-pong table there for leisure activities.
