Small studio apartment for rent for a soothing and poetic stopover in a pretty Normandy garden. Perfect for resting from a hike or bike ride, attending a festival in the area, serving as a refuge for artists, or anyone who needs a few days of tranquility.
It is located at the entrance to the land, where there is also a larger house, where its owner stays intermittently.
There is a kitchen area as well as an area in front of the house where you can set the table outside to eat.
It is perfectly equipped and decorated with care and simplicity, but it should be noted that the double bed is located at the top of a staircase that must be climbed, in the mezzanine.

The studio is located in the heights of Agon-Coutainville, in the old part of the village, close to the center of Agon. The street is quiet but close to the great voices and easy to access for those who want to visit the area.
Walks are possible from the house which is 2.1km from the city center of Coutainville and about 3km from the sea. Close to all shops.
It is possible to park for free on the street or in a parking lot 30m away.
We ask for 25 euros for cleaning, sheets and towels.
