About this apartment rental
The apartment is located 15 minutes from Venice. Right outside the building is a bus stop with buses running every 10 minutes, and there is a secure Delfino parking garage available for a fee.It’s a 10-minute walk from the train station, and a bus leaves the airport every 30 minutes and stops right outside the building. Across from the apartment is the Pam supermarket, and just two minutes away you’ll find McDonald’s, cafes, wine bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, grocery stores specializing in Italian products, and Venetian taverns. My 80-square-meter apartment, completely renovated in 2021, is very bright, modern, functional, elegantly furnished, and very cozy. It is located on the eighth and top floor, with an elevator and a wonderful view. The apartment consists of an entryway, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a storage closet, a bathroom, and two terraces. The living room is spacious and features a comfortable double sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pots and pans, dishes and tableware, glasses, and a microwave. There is a master bedroom with a large closet and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and two spacious closets. The bathroom features a large shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and hair dryer. The apartment features Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, and a free iron and ironing board. Towels and linens are provided free of charge. Ideal for families and friends. Smoking is permitted on the two terraces.

Great apartment in great location! Very convenient from airport and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also the bus line is just outside the door making it very easy to get into and around Venice! Antonella is very kind and even had refreshments waiting for us at arrival. Thank you so much for sharing your apartment!
