In the heart of the village, on the heights of Mûr de Bretagne, quiet, at the entrance to the greenway, 20 minutes walk from Lake Guerlédan, this completely renovated house is ideally located in the center of Brittany.

The front part overlooks the valley towards Pontivy, with 2 bedrooms, an office and a beautiful open view.
The rear part, more recent, overlooks the wooded garden, with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine), dining area, living room, a large terrace and the master suite.
The secure communicating garage can hold up to 6 bicycles.
You have 3 non-adjoining bedrooms, for more tranquility:
- 1 bedroom with 1 or 2 seater piano sofa bed: 90/180 x 200
+ Extra bed for a young child in the second sofa: 65 x 135
- The master suite: 1 bed 140 x 210; fitted wardrobes; bath & shower
- 1 bedroom upstairs: 2 bunk beds: 90 x 200
On the first floor, separate toilet with washbasin.
