About this villa rental
Villa from the 20s with sea view, located in a quiet area, very close to shops, beach at 50m, and less than 10 minutes from the port. The villa "La Rafale" has a private and flowered garden, ideally shaded to host summer family lunches. The terrace on the sea side, on the second line of the beach on a private passage and with an unobstructed view of the ocean, is particularly pleasant at the end of the day and for dinner. Both the garden and the terrace have the appropriate furniture with parasols, tables and chairs. The main living room, has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people, has a sofa and comfortable armchairs for reading evenings. A small television is also available if needed, but is not the main attraction of the house.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor accessible by a staircase (the first floor is private and unoccupied). A second toilet is located on the landing of the 1st floor, at the disposal of the tenants. Two bedrooms are located on the sea side, one with a sink, with an unobstructed view. The third bedroom is located on the garden side and also has its sink.
It is possible to park free of charge (only one) vehicle in the private driveway on the terrace side, and if necessary, a second vehicle can also be parked free of charge about 500 meters from the house behind the "Louison Bobet" space where one of the few free parking lots in Quiberon is located.
This family home is an ideal compromise between the charm of the old and the modern standards of cleanliness and comfort.
