La Capanna is a newly renovated, high-end rustic cottage located less than a 15-minute drive from the historic center, nestled in the Lucca countryside.
The house is on two levels. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (with a brand-new dishwasher and refrigerator, and a 5-burner stove), a dining room with a fireplace, and a large, bright living room with windows overlooking the typical olive groves of Lucca, furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and an additional bathroom.
The exterior features a beautiful pergola where you can dine surrounded by the countryside, a large garden, and parking spaces.
