About this house rental
This lovely home is situated in a quiet area surrounded by wildlife. It's walking distance to the lake, pool, and playgrounds. Only a few miles away to the Poconos Attractions: Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Camelback Mountain Adventures, Ski Resorts, Mount Airy Casino Resorts, Poconos Country Farm and much much more.
You can choose to stay indoors in this lovely home, just sitting around the fireplace is very relaxing. You can also play pool and other games or sit by the bar or just watch a movie on this 75-inch Smart Android TV. Newly installed is a Billards/pool table with TV and sound system. There's an Enclosed Sun Room where you can just sit back and enjoy the fresh breathtaking scenery of nature and wildlife. You may see many wildlife such as deers, foxes, etc. Additionally we recently added a 4 person outdoor inflatable hot tub out in the back thats covered by gazebo for weather elements. You and your family would definitely have a wonderful stay at this Cozy Getaway Home.

We recently stayed at this property and had a decent experience as the home has a lot of great things going for it alongside a few quirks that future guests should keep in mind. The layout of the house is fantastic, featuring high ceilings in the living room that make the entire space feel incredibly open. We loved the recreation room with TV and pool table. The kitchen came fully stocked with almost every cooking utensil imaginable. The deck had grills, games and fire pit. The local deer frequently hung around the property. As a bonus, the home is pet-friendly but was clean and had no animal odors. However, we did run into a few hurdles during our stay. There is no air conditioning in master bedroom and only one small window that opens, which caused the temperature inside to climb to a stifling 88 degrees. Additionally, while the hot tub itself is awesome, it was unfortunately left turned off and sitting at 72 degrees when we arrived and took 2 1/2 days to get to temperature. There was no information about facilities offered so for future guests there are 4 pools, a beachfront/kayak/swim area which are 12.00 a day per person for access to all of them; to find out how to get to them go E pool they have GPS coordinates. The couches in both living room and rec room are falling apart; I will notify owner not sure he knows. Communication was at times difficult; but when he got back to us he was friendly. Overall a nice place; with air cond and couches we would stay again.

Overall a decent experience, Ryan was very responsive and answered any questions. There was a small issue upon checking in, as the house sits in a gated community and you have to check in at there office (apparently they misplaced the email saying we were coming to check in). They do also charge 12 a day PP to use there pools if you choose to do so. Once we got to the house, it gives a nice homey feeling to it, nestled around nature and lots of deer. The hot tub and many air conditioners are much appreciated. Do note that using to many electronics in the main room upon entry did flip the fuse and we lost power until able to locate the fuse box (happened a few times). Other than that, no complaints. The house is well equipped and stocked. Def a nice way to get away from busy city life and to relax.
