The vacation rental is perfectly located for the beach, shopping, local excursions, and recreational activities. It is very cozy and offers you a wonderful opportunity to spend a few delightful days on the island.
PLEASE NOTE: The final cleaning fee (55€) must be paid in cash upon key pickup. If you’d like the linen package, 12 euros per person must also be paid on site. Thank you for your understanding.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy has been slightly relaxed due to the coronavirus: If the ban on accommodations on Sylt is reinstated and you must cancel your trip FOR THIS REASON, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Location:
The vacation rental is centrally located, so the beach, shopping, and the center of Westerland are all within a five-minute walk.
Supermarkets and drugstores (Edeka, Rossmann, and Schmidt’s Drogerie), as well as bakeries (Raffelhüschen), restaurants, and fish markets (Fisch Blum) are within walking distance. The aquarium, the Sylter Welle water park, and the shopping options in Westerland are also just around the corner.

The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a dining table, a flat-screen TV, a cozy leather couch, and a comfortable armchair. This means up to four people can enjoy a wonderful stay on the island.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, mini-oven, SodaStream, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) to prepare your own meals. The bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, etc., is accessible from both the entryway and one of the bedrooms.
The basement of the house has a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee of two euros each.
The public parking spaces in front of the house are subject to a fee; however, free parking is available just a five-minute walk away (Käpt’n Christiansen Straße).
