This three-story, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom retreat boasts a rooftop terrace, offering ocean & bay views with relaxation in one of San Diego's most cherished neighborhoods. Just a quick 5-minute stroll to Belmont Park, only steps to either the beach or the bay. You'll find yourself immersed in coastal bliss as you spend your days engaged in beach volleyball, basketball, or surfing ( keeping safety in mind regarding rip currents), and as the sun sets, leisurely wander the boardwalk before returning to unwind on the rooftop terrace, serenaded by the soothing melodies of the ocean waves.

It is required for guests to sign a Sports Equipment Release of Liability Form that will be sent after booking if they choose to use the bicycles or weights.

Our family had an incredible stay at this Mission Beach property! The location couldn't have been better. It's just a one-minute walk to the sand with easy access to both the ocean and the bay, and Belmont Park is only a short walk away. We barely used our car all week, which made the trip even more relaxing.The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of beach gear available, making our beach days effortless, and the layout was perfect for myself and my two daughters. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying meals on the rooftop deck while taking in the ocean breeze.The property was well maintained, and communication throughout the booking process was excellent. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out.This was one of those vacations we'll remember for a long time. The girls spent the week swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking, and simply enjoying time together away from their screens. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our adventures.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect Mission Beach getaway.

Small bath upstairs sink is leaking and bathtub doesn't drain well. Good location. Good coffee..Could use sugar for coffee.
