Apartment in a residence with swimming pool, located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, just a few steps from the Lake and the beach.
The apartment welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks a private balcony with a small table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a private balcony with a view of the swimming pool, and a second bedroom completely new and modernised with two single beds (one and a half places) and wardrobe. The layout of this apartment is completed by a bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.

*The Residence swimming pool is available from 15 May to 20 September, from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap is required.
