Welcome to my beautiful 101 m² apartment located right in the heart of Porto-Vecchio.
This new apartment, completed in 2022, is spacious and bright, situated near the harbor and all the shops. Its exceptional location means you can do everything on foot. You’ll enjoy the best of the city and the harbor while still being in a quiet setting. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk: shops, bars, restaurants, ATMs, water sports, the historic center, and festivals.
Ideal for sharing wonderful moments together, this very modern apartment features a large, bright living room with an open kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) and access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
While designed to accommodate 4 people, the apartment features a very comfortable sofa bed and spacious rooms, allowing it to accommodate one or two additional guests.
Enjoy a refined atmosphere and meticulous amenities. The living room, with its decidedly modern decor and stylish furnishings, features every detail carefully designed to make your stay pleasant.

Its location in the heart of Porto-Vecchio is ideal—you’ll be a 3-minute walk from the harbor, bus stops serving the city’s most beautiful beaches, and restaurants, and just 5 minutes from the historic center.
Two secure parking spaces will be available for your use.
The apartment is equipped with high-quality furnishings; we prefer guests who respect others’ property.
Access is via a staircase from the underground parking garage (no elevator); the apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a small building without an elevator.

A great location and a very comfortable apartment. Well stocked and an easy walk to the harbor and Citadel. Great view!
The only thing you might need to know that I don’t remember from the listing is the apartment is 54 stairs up from the garage (2 dedicated parking places) with no lift. Easy for us since the last place we stayed was 123 stairs in Bastia.
