Charming townhouse located in the quiet area of the Bénédictine in Fécamp.
Located 3 minutes walk from the beach, the port with its shops and restaurants.
You will be 25 minutes by car from the famous cliffs of Etretat, 30 minutes from the city of Le Havre, and 55 minutes from Rouen.
The house has a small courtyard, which allows you to eat outside.
It is also accompanied by its privatized parking space.
Gustave's house was completely redone in 2023 and has 3 bedrooms with very good new bedding.
You will find a 180X200 bed in the 1st floor bedroom and a 160X200 bed in each of the other two bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
The house therefore has 6 beds with the possibility of adding one or two travel cots, as well as high chair and changing table.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is separate from the WC.
You will appreciate the kitchen open to the outside fully equipped with new equipment.
