About this house rental
Halfway up the hill (400 mt) in a panoramic location, just 2 km from the lake, a beautiful and spacious (240 m²) detached section of a villa surrounded by a large private park, with a magnificent view of the lake and Monte Isola.
This generously sized home was renovated in 2020. The separate entrance opens onto the bright living room, featuring large windows that open onto a balcony wrapping around the entire building.
Elegant dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together); each bedroom has its own private bathroom (with a toilet), making this property particularly well-suited for groups of friends or large families. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.
The windows are double-glazed. Each room has air conditioning (including the kitchen and living room). Three of the bedrooms have a desk (a printer is available upon request).
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a wooded garden with a pool and a sun deck featuring a lounge area. Guests also have access to an outdoor dining area and two barbecues. Plus: a pétanque court, table tennis, a swing, and a wooden playhouse for the children. Reserved parking spaces round out the amenities.
In the other part of the villa is an apartment occasionally used by the owner's family (3 people), who do not live in the villa but visit for short stays during the summer or on weekends. In such cases, they also use the pool, but not the surrounding area, which they leave for the exclusive use of vacationers.
In fact, the large outdoor areas (the garden is over 4,000 meters) and the creation of private spaces allow guests complete independence, even if the family happens to be in their part of the villa.

The villa can accommodate up to nine adults. Up to two children under 3 years old can be accommodated (in small travel cots to be placed in two of the bedrooms); children 4 years and older are counted toward the maximum number of guests.

Very nice and clean rooms (every bedroom with its own bathroom). Fully equipped with all necessary things (only kitchen stuff like pans and stove could be renewed). Garden is very beautiful with a great view (only the mass of mosquitos was hard to handle, esp with young kids).

this is a lovely location with a beautiful view of the lake. The place has many things to enjoy including a swimming pool and a bocce ball court. You do need a car, walking into town would be near impossible. However, unlike in town, this place has ample parking,
