About this house rental
Hello! I’m offering a loft apartment. You reach it via the stairs to the second and top floor, under the roof. You’re immediately greeted by a spacious living room with three windows—two near the top of the ceiling and one where the roof slopes gradually down to a height of 1 meter. The apartment is bright and airy, with two bedrooms, one small bathroom, and one small, fully equipped kitchen—which is used only for cooking because the ceiling height is 165 cm where the stove, sink, and washing machine are located; the bathroom has the same height. However, there is a small kitchen island where you can sit and have breakfast. The atmosphere is cozy, and the house is fully equipped. Keep in mind that it’s an attic apartment, so someone who is 180 cm tall will have to duck in certain spots! However, there are plenty of windows and very little noise... It’s perfect for those who want to use it as a base and then spend their time enjoying the sea, the river, and—why not?—even the lake. Surrounding the house is a large garden with pine trees, fir trees, flowers, and a cozy corner to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The entire property is fenced in and suitable for children and your pets… We also have our own beloved little dogs—they’re very sweet and used to being around people.
