About this villa rental
This historic, landmark-protected Baltic Sea villa underwent extensive renovation in 2004 and now features bright, very attractive apartments. Our apartment is located on the first floor and has two balconies. The beach, the promenade, and many good restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
A free parking space is available for your car right in front of the building.
If you bring bicycles, they can be stored in the lockable bike room in the neighboring building, “Solaris.” For a small fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer here.

On the first floor of the Ostseevilla, you’ll find a bright, welcoming dream apartment with two balconies.
Spanning 64 square meters, the apartment features a spacious living area with a kitchenette, a veranda, and access to the balcony; a large bedroom with a spacious double bed and TV; a small bedroom with a bunk bed; and a bathroom.
From the master bedroom, you have access to the second balcony.
The floors in the living room, bedrooms, hallway, and well-equipped kitchen are covered with high-quality wood-look vinyl flooring, which underscores the home’s exclusive villa-like character.
The living area forms the heart of the apartment. Here, you can start your day with breakfast together, plan excursions into the idyllic countryside, to the beach, or to the island’s sights, or gather for a cozy evening watching TV.
The large windows let plenty of natural light into every room. The veranda houses the dining area and also serves as access to the balcony. The terrace, furnished with garden furniture, invites you to relax.
