We stayed here for a week as our son was playing in Cooperstown and we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on outdated accomodations in the area. It was worth it! The house was very comfortable and clean! It had everything we needed for us to feel we were at home. Even though we were over an hour and a half from Cooperstown All Star Village it was nice to come back knowing we could relax comfortably. The hosts really take care of this house and attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Very clean, and beautifully remodeled house. Host was very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and even saw the train coming down the road on the tracks!

Overall, the house was very nice and a good location for riding a portion of the Erie canal trail and hiking some trails in the area. It was comfortable and for most part clean. The refrigerator had a few fairly small pieces of something in it upon arrival. A window in the basement was not closed and locked. Got to meet a couple of neighborhood cats who hung out in the driveway but wouldn't let me pet them. It was not as quiet as I had hoped for. Knew that the houses are close together but several neighbors have dogs who start barking for long periods of time starting around 6:30 am. And the occasional loud speeding car going down the street. These are issues that the host can't control but future guests should be prepared for.

Nicely renovated home. Conveniently located for our purposes. Check in/out was simple and host communication was excellent.
