About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a very quiet area, right on the upper Oberwartha Reservoir. From here, it’s about a 15-minute drive to the city center (depending on traffic). Other destinations, such as Meissen or Radebeul, are also very easy to reach. You can also use public transportation or explore the surrounding area by bike.
The reservoir is also a great place to swim and relax.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the annex with a separate entrance,
. It is approximately 56 square meters in size and consists of an entryway, living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
The sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeper sofa for a third person.
The separate seating area for our guests is now ready
Check-in from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sabine Pietschz had excellent communication skills before arriving at their lovely home. Asked for ETA so gate could be opened for us so we can park safely on their property.
The apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything one needs. It was one of the most clean places we ever stayed. The location was quiet and a short ride from central Dresden.
It was a pleasure stay there perfect for couples or families with kids.
