Summary:
A relaxed resort condo in gated Palm Desert Resort & Country Club, with the resort's pool, golf and courts all on hand. You get the community pool and spa, an 18-hole public golf course, a racquet and pickleball center, two bocce courts and clubhouse dining with live music. Inside, there's a full kitchen, a smart TV and a washer and dryer. Indian Wells Tennis Garden is about 10 minutes away and El Paseo about 15 to 20. Made for couples and golfers.

A comfortable condo with a full kitchen and a living room with a sleeper sofa and smart TV. The real draw is the resort itself.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
Living room: Sofa bed.
Bathrooms: 2 full baths, one en-suite to the primary and one off the hallway.
Kitchen: full appliances, cookware and a coffee maker.
Laundry: washer and dryer in the condo.
Resort access includes the community pool and spa, an 18-hole public golf course with a pro shop, a racquet and pickleball center, two bocce courts, the clubhouse grill with live music and 24/7 gated security.
Guest Access:
Check-in is self-serve with a smart lock or key box. You have full access to all the community amenities, though golf and the gym may carry extra fees.
There's parking for two vehicles in the driveway and garage.

There is parking for two vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking in the community.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.

Great location and place. Kids loved simple but effective house layout, as well as very accessible lawn to play. Very clean. BBQ and space heater in the patio added to the relaxing evenings. Very easy access to the swimming pool and hot tub, we enjoyed it everyday. Pickleball, Tennis and Golf are at 2 min drive within community and at affordable daily or weekly fees, and people at the club are very friendly (even to the guests). We enjoyed pickleball as a family for multiple days.Community is nice, well maintained, with lots of place to do morning 5k run.
