Located in the heart of the Moussoux neighborhood, overlooking Chamonix, this chalet—built in 1924 and fully renovated in 2021—offers the most beautiful view of the Mont Blanc massif in the valley. Its south-facing terrace overlooking Mont Blanc, its fully equipped kitchen, its sauna, its fireplace, and its ultra-comfortable bedrooms will make your stay an unforgettable experience at the foot of the slopes of the Brévent-Flégère ski area.

Our chalet welcomes you into a very cozy common area consisting of an open-concept kitchen and dining room that opens onto the terrace, offering the valley’s most stunning view of Mont Blanc. In this same room, you can enjoy the living area arranged around a 180° fireplace.

Also on the first floor, you’ll find the sauna, and at the entrance, you can store your sports gear in the “ski room,” which is equipped with a boot dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find 5 bedrooms with double beds, a desk for working remotely, and an en suite bathroom. Finally, the chalet features a “mountain hut”-style dormitory with five beds and one bunk bed, complete with an adjoining bathroom.

Outside, you’ll have access to a huge south-facing terrace overlooking Mont Blanc and a large 2,000-square-meter garden. It’s the perfect setting to feel immersed in nature right in the heart of Chamonix and enjoy the barbecue (available from April 1 to November 1).

From the chalet, you’ll have walking access to all the outdoor activities the valley has to offer—skiing, rock climbing, paragliding, mountain biking, hiking—all while being just a 15-minute walk from downtown Chamonix and all its shops. On one side, the Brévent Flégère ski area is an 8-minute walk away, and on the other, the Rocher des Gaillands is a 10-minute walk away—perfect for beginners and climbing enthusiasts alike. We invite you to enjoy the large garden—igloo and snowball fights in winter, and pétanque and ball games in summer. There are also some wonderful walks to explore starting from the chalet.

The chalet is accessible via the Route des Moussoux and has 3 parking spaces. It is 500 meters from the “Les Moussoux” stop on the Saint-Gervais-Vallorcine train line and a 20-minute walk or 8-minute drive from the Chamonix SNCF train station and bus terminal.
