Delta Mar is a family residence located in Riviera del Sol. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a 2-minute walk away (250 m), and the beach and seafront promenade are a 5-minute walk away (500 m).
Recently renovated, the apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, a shower room with washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The terrace offers views of the sea and the pool.
The residence has 2 pools, including one for children, surrounded by tropical gardens. Sun loungers available.
Good to know:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with no lift.
For your comfort, we provide a WELCOME PACK with mini bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, as well as some coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets. These products are not replenished during your stay.
As in all warm countries, you may see insects (ants, cockroaches, flies, wasps). Insect spray is available in the accommodation.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of pool closures decided by the condominium or regional authorities, particularly in the event of water restrictions during drought periods.

We have stayed in Riviera del Sol on a number of occasions. The apartment more than met our needs. It's spacious, modern and very clean. A well equipped kitchen means you can make your own meals. The agency were very professional and easy to communicate with. Parking was available outside the property and we were able to make use of sunbeds around the pool area. The area is well served by bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It's close to lovely beach areas, a taxi rank and the local bus service. We enjoyed our stay...thank you

Great location,everything's within a few minutes walk, south facing balcony great for the winter sun, and wonderful sea views, comfortable apartment, we have stayed in this complex before, can’t wait to come back, the company that runs things are very professional.
