The residence includes two houses with 3 bedrooms in house no. 1, and 2 bedrooms in house no. 2 for a sleeping area of 12 people.

Both houses are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, they are connected by a semi enclosed patio with bay windows, where you will find a sofa and two cushion armchairs,
Deckchair to enjoy the shaded outdoors at any time.
The patio is equipped with a wood-burning barbecue, and another large gas barbecue on wheels

House No. 1 composed of:
Kitchen equipped with all appliances, dining room, living room with sofa, fireplace, a first floor bedroom with its bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Shaded terrace with table, 6-seater chairs and sunbeds.
House n° 2 on the first floor composed of:
Kitchen equipped with all appliances, dining room, large sofa bed, television, 6-seater table and sunbathing area.
Two bedrooms for a total of 6 beds, shaded terrace and 6-seater table.
At any time of the day and at night you can enjoy the swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas in complete tranquillity.

The swimming pool has an alarm and a solar shower.
Everything starts and restaurant are in the village of Flayosc 1.5 km away.
