About this apartment rental
Villa Elisa: A newly renovated house with a garden near the lake.
Villa Elisa is located near the lake; it was built in 1973, renovated in 2022, and now features a swimming pool. There are a total of five apartments available for rent here: Farfalla (property number 2383819, ), Limone (property number 2383819 ), Ortensia (property number 2383819, ), Arancia, and Oleandro.
A house surrounded by olive trees
Starting in June 2021, there will be a new 10 m x 5 m swimming pool.
The house is surrounded by more than 1,000 m² of land, where children can play safely thanks to a fence. A dozen olive trees adorn our garden, where you can relax. In 2012, we renovated and refurnished the apartments. A state-of-the-art solar system ensures that hot water is generated using solar energy.
The Oleandro vacation rental consists of:
Living room with fully equipped kitchen: 4 glass-ceramic burners, A+ refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker;
1 dining table;
1 HD satellite TV with DVD player and home theater system;
Wi-Fi internet.
1 bedroom with Emma mattresses (max. 3 people) and a radio alarm clock with iPhone connectivity.
1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
1 balcony with awning, dining table, and reclining lounge chairs.

During the renovation, we placed great emphasis on quality: the fixtures installed by local craftsmen, as well as the furniture and household goods manufactured by small furniture companies, are all from Italy. An HD satellite TV with Smart TV and Wi-Fi internet access are also available. New beds and mattresses ensure a restful night’s sleep. The house is located near the lake: three beaches—one of which is dog-friendly—are just a short walk away via the brand-new lakeside promenade. Pebbles, grass, or sand: you’ll be spoiled for choice. A supermarket is located 100 meters away; the bakery and pharmacy are also just 200 meters away. There’s a wide selection of pizzerias, restaurants, and gelaterias.
