About this apartment rental
For your information, the DAILY AMOUNT of our apartment is ALL INCLUDED: Utilities, (water, electricity), household linen (bed sheets), towels, wood and cleaning.
DESCRIPTION:
First floor apartment in a Vosges house, 5 minutes from the center of Bresse on foot, designed for 4 adults and 4 children.
Spacious, bright and comfortable "cocoon" apartment in a very quiet street. Parking possible in front of the house, 2 cars.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room, many small appliances (crepe maker, raclette, pierrade, fondue, plancha, wok, etc...).
Spacious living room, with lounge, dining room, wood stove.
Blue room: a 140x190 bed, 2 bunk beds and the possibility of a baby cot on request.
Pink room: a 140x190 bed, 2 bunk beds, small private bathroom, shower, Wc.
Toilet room, separate sink with small adjoining room including washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Large outdoor terrace 40 m2 in wood, closed. Wooden garden furniture.
Large outbuilding adjoining the house with garden furniture (deckchairs, electric barbecue, parasol), wood, sledges, stroller for children. Possibility to store your skis, boots, equipment.. in winter and other bicycles etc..... in summer.
THE DISTRICT:
Very quiet area, offering a nice view of the city and the mountain.
Nearby and on foot: Super U, Bowling, Swimming Pool, Ice Rink in winter, Tourist Office, Cinema, City Center, all Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Caterers, etc... all within a few minutes.
Hiking trails near the apartment.
Shuttles to the ski slopes 3 minutes walk away (in front of the Super U).
"Le Bol d'Air" Business Park 10 minutes walk away.
10 minutes by car from Gérardmer, many lakes nearby and for some with water activities.
IMPORTANT: A deposit of €300 is required 1 to 2 weeks before your stay. It is returned to you a few days after your stay when the apartment has been checked by our person on site who takes care of the preparation and cleaning of the apartment.
