Two modern sofas provide plenty of comfort for relaxing in front of the real-wood fireplace or the 3D flat-screen TV. You can easily play all your favorite movies on the Blu-ray player. Everyone can gather around the large dining table to enjoy leisurely moments together. Speaking of enjoyment—you can easily whip up delicious meals yourself in the fully equipped, open kitchen thanks to high-quality appliances and elegant tableware. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious south-facing balcony. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) (one with a flat-screen TV) serve as peaceful retreats where you can recharge your batteries. Here, you’ll sleep like a baby. The apartment features two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets. The master bathroom is accessible directly from one of the two bedrooms. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided. A parking space is reserved for the apartment in the underground garage. Upon request, we can provide a portable crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests.


Somewhat tucked away, yet centrally located, this hillside residence consists of House A [&] Building B. You’ll find individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities. An underground parking garage is available for both buildings, with one parking space allocated to each apartment. From this underground parking garage, you can access the elevator and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive with or without a car). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an elevator. The upper-level apartments can only be reached by stairs. It’s about a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. Inside the building, the washer and dryer are available for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own mailbox on the building.
