with terrace and small garden in a small quiet and charming hamlet 2 km from the beach of Morgat and 1km from that of Losmac'h and walking paths from the house
It is composed on the first floor of a living room with kitchen area and living room of about 30m² with a wood stove (wood 30 cm maximum not provided). Upstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside a terrace with garden furniture, tables and chairs, a closed shed with barbecue to store bicycles, surfboards... and a small garden, unfenced, with 2 parking spaces. Tv, Fibre Internet
The peninsula has 120km of coastal path, many beaches and spots for skiing, a wild and grandiose nature
For the sporty or not, for the photographer and just for the pleasure of the eyes, this place is exceptional!
Option of sheets, towels and exit cleaning possible on request

The owner is very nice and takes care of the guests. The house has everything you need. The location invites you to explore a lot on foot. Since we have been to Crozon several times, we know many things, so the location was perfect. We would definitely take this house again if it were available.
