Located just one block from the beach, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment offers comfort, privacy, and beautiful tropical surroundings for families and friends.
**The Apartment**
Located on the second level, the apartment features a spacious living room with a large TV, comfortable seating, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and balcony with a freestanding soaking tub. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed and private bathroom, while the third bedroom has a twin-size bunk bed. An additional bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
**Private Rooftop & Outdoor Living**
Enjoy your private rooftop terrace with breathtaking ocean views, comfortable outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Rincón`s beautiful sunsets.
Guests also have exclusive access to a private swimming pool and a furnished balcony. Additional conveniences include laundry facilities, parking, and a backup generator for power outages.
**Location**
Located in the Sea Beach Colony area on the south side of Rincón, known for its calm ocean waters, perfect for swimming and relaxing. This peaceful residential neighborhood offers beach access just one block away. Restaurants and local attractions are a short drive away.
A rental car is highly recommended.
**Important Notes**
The apartment is on the second level, accessible by stairs. Three separate vacation rental units occupy the first level. The rooftop terrace and swimming pool are exclusively for this apartment and are NOT shared.
We provide only a starter supply of toiletries and essential household items. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

Damage Deposit of $200 is required
We will charge you extra if/for:
-Late checkout- $100
-Noise Complaints- $100-$200
- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100

The property was exactly as advertised and in great shape from the moment we arrived. The host team did a great job communicating everything we needed ahead of time, so there were no surprises. We had a smooth, enjoyable stay and would absolutely book again!

We definitely would stay there again! Finding the keys and the lockbox was a little confusing at first probably because we were tired and it was late upon our arrival, but we figured it out

The apartment is spacious, well stocked, and clean. It’s in a central location and just a few steps from the beach. We had a great time.

Casa Loba is new and beautiful, with a modern interior design. My husband and I, and our 4 adult children had a wonderful time! We especially loved the upper deck and the outside sitting area by the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked dinner there one night, and used the grill on the upper deck. The place was extremely clean. Jennifer was easy to communicate with. Thank you for everything!
