Villa Strandperle, completed in 2002, is an exclusive home located directly on the first row of the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Bansin. The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartments are equipped with all amenities. Almost all apartments offer a view of the sea. The building features an elevator and bicycle storage. Underground and outdoor parking spaces are included. A washing machine and dryer in the building are available for a fee.

Located right on the Bansin beach promenade, a light-filled 2-room apartment awaits you.
Sea views from every window and high-quality furnishings with attention to detail will make your vacation a special experience from the very first moment.
The apartment accommodates 2–3 people. It is divided into a living/dining area with a kitchen and terrace, a bedroom, a separate restroom, a hallway, and a bathroom (shower, bathtub, and sink). The apartment measures 53 square meters.
From your underground parking space, you can take the elevator to the level of the beach promenade and right to your apartment door.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living-dining area with its adjoining terrace and fantastic ocean view...
From the terrace, you also have a beautiful view of the two piers in Heringsdorf and Bansin—spectacular sunrises included. When you open the two casement windows on the terrace, the dining area and terrace merge into a single space.
The comfortable couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping area for one additional person (sleeping surface: 183 L x 112 B cm).
The large dining table and the well-equipped kitchenette invite you to cook and enjoy meals together.
The functionally furnished bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed (200 L x 160 B cm), a wardrobe, a dresser, a mirror, 2 nightstands, and a TV.
In the bright and welcoming hallway, there are two additional closets that can be used for extra storage.
On cold days, a fireplace (with remote control) invites you to spend cozy hours by the fire. You might find something to read during your vacation in our small library. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The nearest beach access is about 50 meters away.
Our guests can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house for a small fee.
