About this house rental
The MonnaLisa apartment (85 square meters) is located on the upper floor of the Vecchio Fienile; it has a private entrance and parking, independent heating, and satellite TV. It consists of a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a sofa bed, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage closet.
The apartment is accessed directly from the garden, and there are no stairs.
In the private garden, there is a gazebo (5 m x 4 m) with a wooden table and benches where you can dine while enjoying a spectacular view.
Wi-Fi, table tennis, and a barbecue are available for guests.
The pool (6 m x 12 m) is surrounded by a sun deck and expansive green spaces, olive trees, and ancient dry-stone walls. The shower is equipped with solar panels for hot water. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests. From here, you can admire an unforgettable sunset. The pool is open from May through September.

Our farmhouse is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany and for visiting famous art cities such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, and Pisa, or the nearby medieval villages of the Chianti Classico region, such as San Donato in Poggio, Castellina in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Barberino Val d’Elsa, Radda, Gaiole in Chianti, and San Casciano Val di Pesa.
Agriturismo San Silvestro offers its guests two apartments that have been renovated and furnished in the traditional Tuscan style, surrounded by beautiful private gardens, olive groves, vineyards, orchards, and woods.
