About this apartment rental
Located between Lake Chiemsee and Kampenwand, our new, exclusive vacation apartment for two people is situated in the “Zuahäusl” at the Kailhof on the Göttersberg. Completed in summer 2020, on the first floor, 55 square meters, with west- and south-facing balconies, and a slightly elevated location offering a magnificent view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. This dream vacation apartment combines modernity with coziness. It’s a place to feel at home, relax, and enjoy yourself. Upon request, we offer a bread roll delivery service, and you can purchase milk and eggs from our neighboring farm. The Bärnsee Nature Reserve is located in the immediate vicinity and is perfect for wonderful hikes or walks. We are an ideal starting point for bike tours toward Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. We have a lockable storage room for your bikes. Parking is available at the house. If you’re traveling here by electric car, you’ll find a charging station for electric vehicles, powered by solar energy from our own PV system. A lockable bike garage with charging capabilities for your e-bikes is available. We also rent out a 68-square-meter two-bedroom vacation apartment for 4 people at the “Kailhof” farm next door. Dogs and other pets are not permitted.
You’ll be staying in our “s’Zuahäusl” vacation apartment on the 1st floor, which is 55 square meters and features a beautiful south- and west-facing balcony—perfect for a relaxing stay with us in Göttersberg. Large open-concept living area with a modern kitchenette, well-equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a cozy large sofa area, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a reading nook. The apartment features natural wood floors, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove for rustic coziness. The bedroom, furnished with natural wood, includes a double bed (180 x 200 m) with comfortable mattresses, bedding, and reading lamps. South- and west-facing balconies with a magnificent view of Aschau and the mountains. Bathroom with shower/toilet, large towel radiator, and underfloor heating. A hair dryer, hand towels, and bath towels are provided. Dogs and other pets are not permitted.
