The house is spread over two floors: on the first floor, there is a spacious living room furnished with a sleeper sofa, a fireplace, a table, chairs, and an LED TV; a built-in kitchen (fully equipped with dishes and cookware) featuring a stovetop, oven, and refrigerator with freezer; and a bathroom with a washing machine.
On the first floor, there are three rooms
cooled by a heat pump: two double bedrooms (one with a balcony),
a small bedroom with a single bed
and a bathroom with a shower.
