***Construction Work in the Neighborhood***
Please note that renovation work on a historic villa on a neighboring property at the rear of Kurstraße is expected to begin on 10.08.2026. Until the end of the year, work will primarily involve clearing debris, as well as roof and facade work. During the winter months, the work is expected to continue mainly indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve season. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disturbances due to noise or construction site traffic during the renovation.
