About this villa rental
Located within the Porto Ada vacation village in Pizzo, this beautiful and comfortable villa features a large private garden.
The two-story house is laid out as follows:
On the first floor, there is a large open space with a kitchen, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a guest bathroom with a washing machine;
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms (one of which has a crib),
one bedroom with bunk beds, and a master bathroom with a shower stall.
The property is complemented by a large garden with a porch equipped with a second kitchen, a barbecue, a dining table, and a seating area. The garden also features a laundry/changing room and a convenient shower.
The Porto Ada village is a gated community, surrounded by lush greenery and the characteristic pine forest that separates it from the sea. The sandy beach is accessible on foot or by bicycle via a pedestrian path.
A large public beach and a fully equipped beach club are available. During the summer season (May–September), guests can enjoy the swimming pool, tennis court, and bar/restaurant. (for a fee)
The city center is 3 km away, and Lamezia Terme International Airport is 18 km away. The port of Vibo Marina, from which ferries depart for the Aeolian Islands, is 10 km away.

We stayed in this villa for two weeks. The location in Calabria was perfect, close to Pizzo and Lamezia. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by and the sea is a short 5 minute walk. The villa was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for all our meals. Mary was very helpful and very friendly and responded if we had any issues or questions. We would definitely stay again in this villa next time and will recommend it to all. Cheers.....

The house is very nice, we found everything needed, it was clean, the garden nice. The place is very close to a beach which is really butifull (yellow sand, wide) however the beach is cleaned from waste in May so now it was quite polluted and hard to rest. I suppose from May it will be wonderfull. The host is at place, helping in all way, does not speak English but his daughters are always on phone contact.
